Customer Care

We are an independent arts dealer, specialising in arts and crafts created by minority community members. We take great care of our artists and craftspeople, and their masterpieces! Of course, we would have no place in this world if it wasn't for you, our customers! We hope you have felt cared for through every stage of the browsing, choosing, and buying process, but if you have any questions or concerns - at any stage - you can get in touch with us through our contact page (which you can find by clicking here) or by sending us an email on hello@saffronartisan.com

We love to hear from all our customers with what we've done well or ideas for services we could look to include moving forward. If you've got something to say - positive, negative or a suggestion -please use the contact details above to let us know.

We don’t have a physical shop for our customers to browse - hopefully one day! - but we use our online presence to showcase our artists and their work the best we possibly can! We ensure our online presentation of artwork is as accurate and close to reality as can be, and when an order is placed, we take great care to ensure pieces are wrapped and packaged in a way to protect them from any harm handling and shipping. Of course, if anything is damaged in transit, a full refund will be issued and we will work with you to find a satisfactory outcome for you, our valued customer. For more information about returns, please look at our refund policy (which you can find by clicking here).
